Common questions, fast answers.
Every purchase delivers a single zip with the iRacing setup file (.sto) plus a short builder's note that reads like a pit-box debrief - what we tuned, what to feel for, where the lap time lives.
Larger packages (Coke Qualifying enrollment, team plans) include a folder of setups across the relevant cars and tracks.
Drop the .sto file into Documents/iRacing/setups/, inside the folder for the car you're driving. Launch the iRacing UI, go to the garage, click the folder icon, and pick the file.
If you can't see the file, double-check it's in the correct car-specific folder and that you're filtering by the right track.
We focus on the series we race competitively - Coke Next Gen, A/B/C Open Cup, Craftsman Trucks, SK Modifieds, Tour Modifieds, Late Models, Mazda PCC, GTP, and a few rotating road series. If you don't see your series in the shop, message us in Discord - we may already have a build in progress.
You're billed on the day you start your subscription, then on the same day every month after that. The first weekly drop you receive is the one that posts after you subscribe - you do not pay for prior weeks.
All billing is handled by our payment processor. We don't store card numbers on our servers.
Yes. Cancel any time from your account page - one click, no email required, no retention call. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period and then ends cleanly. If you come back later, your account picks up where it left off.
Upgrade Per-Series to All Access at any time and the change takes effect immediately, with a prorated charge for the rest of the current period. Downgrades take effect at the next billing date so you don't lose access you've already paid for.
A standard session runs 60 minutes - split between a live screen-share / telemetry walkthrough and a debrief. Longer 90-minute sessions are available for race-week prep or if you want to drive on-track during the call.
Yes - and it's encouraged. Bring whatever you've been running and we'll walk through it together. We can suggest changes, leave the setup as-is and focus on driving, or hand you our build for the same combo so you have a baseline to compare to.
Every session is recorded by default and shared back to you the same day. Your follow-up notes summarize the key takeaways so you don't have to re-watch the entire video to find them.
Standard turnaround is 72 hours from intake to delivery. All Access subscribers get a 48-hour priority lane. Rushes are possible if our schedule allows - see the next question.
Two revisions are included with every custom build. We expect feedback in the form of telemetry or a clear description of the balance problem - vague feedback ("car is loose") gets vague revisions back. Additional revisions are available at an hourly rate.
24-hour rushes are available for an additional fee, subject to our current queue. Message in Discord before placing the order so we can confirm capacity for the week.
Subscriber-only (or "member") sets are weekly drops that never appear in the public Setup Shop. They include race-day refinements after the field has run a few sessions, plus special-event setups for the Coke Qualifying weekends.
Sign in to your account and open the Member Sets dashboard. Active subscribers see every set they're entitled to with a one-click download next to each item - same builder notes as our paid products.
Yes. Every member set is a regular .sto file you download and drop into your iRacing setups folder. Your subscription gates the access - once you have the file, it lives on your PC and you can use it offline.
Team plans bundle multiple All Access seats for sim teams and leagues into a single billing relationship, with a private Discord channel and a dedicated builder relationship. Pricing is per-seat with team-size breakpoints.
Yes. League partnerships include shared baseline setups for the league's scheduled tracks, a builder office-hours channel in your league Discord, and discounted rates for league members.
One named builder owns the relationship with your team - they ship the weekly drops, run revisions, and sit in your Discord. You get continuity instead of bouncing between whoever's free.
Because the files are downloadable digital goods, individual setup purchases and subscription payments are non-refundable once the file is delivered or the weekly drop has posted. If you were charged in error or something on our side broke, message us - we'll make it right.
Approved refunds typically appear back on your card within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. We'll confirm the refund by email the moment it's processed on our side.
Link your Discord account in the Account → Connections section after your subscription is active. The role is assigned automatically within a few minutes. If it doesn't land, message a builder in Discord - we'll add it by hand.
Subscribers see channels for setup talk by series (#cup-talk, #trucks-talk, #short-track, #road), a #builder-office-hours channel, race recap threads, and the private #member-drops channel where new sets are announced. All Access adds the #coke-qual-2026 channel.
Click "Forgot password?" on the login page and enter your account email. You'll receive a reset link within a minute. The link expires after one hour for security.
Sign in and open the Order History or Member Sets dashboards. Every file you've ever purchased or unlocked through a subscription has a one-click re-download next to it. Files don't expire - once you've owned it, you own it.
Open the Account → Settings page and edit the email field. We'll send a confirmation link to the new address - once you click it, the change goes live and all future receipts route to the new email.
