When am I billed?
You're billed on the day you start your subscription, then on the same day every month (or year, for annual plans). The first weekly drop you receive is the one that posts after you subscribe.
All billing is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
How do I cancel?
Cancel any time from your account page. One click, no email required. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
If you cancel and come back later, your account picks up where it left off.
Can I switch tiers?
Yes. Upgrade at any time and the change takes effect immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades take effect at the next billing date so you don't lose access you've already paid for.
What's the difference between standard and Pro?
Pro tiers layer on priority support, with All Access Pro adding early access to new series. The weekly setups are the same proven files either way.
Do you offer refunds?
Because the files are downloadable digital goods, subscription payments are non-refundable once the weekly drop has posted to your account. If you're charged in error or something on our side broke, message us and we'll make it right.
How do member-only sets work?
Member-only sets are weekly drops that never appear in the public Setup Shop. They live in your Member Sets dashboard with a one-click download.
