You're billed on the day you start your subscription, then on the same day every month after that. The first weekly drop you receive is the one that posts after you subscribe — you do not pay for prior weeks.

All billing is handled by our payment processor. We don't store card numbers on our servers.

Cancel any time from your account page — one click, no email required, no retention call. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period and then ends cleanly.

If you cancel and come back later, your account picks up where it left off.

Yes. Upgrade Per-Series to All Access at any time and the change takes effect immediately, with a prorated charge for the rest of the current period. Downgrades take effect at the next billing date so you don't lose access you've already paid for.

Because the files are downloadable digital goods, subscription payments are non-refundable once the weekly drop has posted to your account. If you're charged in error or something on our side broke, message us — we'll make it right.

A series is one iRacing series with its own weekly track, such as Coke Next Gen, A Open Cup, Craftsman Trucks, SK Modified, Mazda PCC, or GTP. The Per-Series tier covers one series of your choice per month. You can change your selected series once per billing period from your account page.

Member-only sets are weekly drops that never appear in the public Setup Shop. They live in your Member Sets dashboard with a one-click download and the same builder notes as our paid products.

On the All Access and Team tiers, you also get premium sets reserved for subscribers — things like late-week refinements after the field has run a few sessions, and special-event setups for the Coke Qualifying weekends.
