Heads up: scheduled maintenance window is set for Thursday May 28, 2:00 AM to 2:30 AM EST.
During the window:
- Shop pages will load but checkout is disabled.
- Downloads of purchased files are unavailable.
- Account pages will load but billing changes won't go through.
- Discord, status page, and the file inbox are unaffected.
What we're upgrading: the file-delivery layer that signs and delivers download links. After the window, signed-link TTLs go from 1 hour to 24 hours, which fixes the most common complaint we get on Discord ("link expired before I could grab it from my second PC").
If you need a file in the next few days, grab it before midnight Wednesday and you won't notice the window at all. If anything is still down after 2:35 AM, ping us on Discord. We'll be on the call until the layer is back.
